岗位职责：1.开发和维护基于XMPP的服务器端应用程序;2.实施和维护XMPP协议扩展;3.跨团队协作设计和实施基于XMPP的解决方案;4.实施基于XMPP的应用程序的安全协议和程序;5.故障分析和排除。任职要求：1.精通C/C++, Java或Javascript任何一种编程语言；2.熟悉XMPP协议优先，了解新兴的XMPP趋势和技术；3.五年以上的编程经验，两年以上的服务器端程序开发经验；4.熟悉网络编程，熟悉分布式并发编程；5.精通 编译原理/编译器实现 优先；6.熟悉DynamoDB, Redis, Micro Service, Erlang, NodeJS优先；7.具备良好的英语写作和沟通能力，能够和海外团队协同工作；8.具备良好的抗压能力，积极主动，责任心强。Ways of WorkingOur structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
