Responsibilities
The Content Strategist leads content strategy and project management for all Content and Creative Team projects. This position closely collaborates with Bridgestone’s Brand and Content teams and agency partners to set the content strategy for the enterprise, spanning B2C and B2B businesses. The teammate will serve as an expert in and steward of our Bridgestone and Firestone brands, ensuring every piece of creative is aligned to the company’s goals. The position leads the creative project manager and will translate creative briefs into deliverables. Together, the team will execute content calendars across a variety of channels, including social media, website, paid media and more.To be successful in this position, significant cross-functional collaboration across stakeholder groups and external agency teams is required. Given the strategic importance of this role, it is highly visible within the organization with regular exposure to company leaders. As such, candidates must be comfortable with highly collaborative environments and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsabilities:
Partners with marketing leaders to establish and own content strategy and content pillars for Bridgestone and Firestone brands and business units, in alignment with business objectives.Serves as the conduit between the Bridgestone Brand / Content team and agency partners and the BBS creative team to execute on content strategy.Interprets creative briefs and develops plans for deliverables across a variety of channels, including Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Twitch, Websites and more, to handoff to Creative Project Manager for fulfillment.Owns and manages content calendars across the enterprise, closely collaborating with business leaders and channel owners (social and paid media, websites, internal communications) to ensure proper levels of support for each business unit.Leads one teammate today (creative project manager) with opportunity to grow.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Certification and 4-5 years of experience in content marketing.Hands on experience leading content strategy for large global brands, including creating content frameworks, owning content calendars and working closely with brand leaders.Hands on experience creating digital content for large global brands.Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a highly dynamic environment and adjust priorities as necessary.Level C1: Strong communication skills – verbal, written and listening – and ability to communicate project-related deadlines and achievements to peers, stakeholders and leaders across businesses.Strong interpersonal skills, a team player and ability to work successfully with a wide range of stakeholders.
At least 1 year in current position. (internal candidates)

Desired experience
Farmilliar with the Adobe Suite and Frame.IO is preferred, but not required
