Minimum Qualifications5+ years of related experience with a BA/BS degree (technical writing or related field preferred); 3 years with a Master’s degree or equivalent work experienceExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsPartner with technical writers, engineering partners, and marketing stakeholders to support the team. Ability to influence without directly managing teamsPartner across teams to facilitate delivery of business-critical optimizationsLead multiple concurrent projects and schedules, and keep partners across teams apprised of the projects' statusUnderstand usability principles and ability to lead conversations about data impactHandle change requests with tact and timelinessResolve roadblocksCreate data-driven, compelling keynotes, communication, and lessons learnedUtilize common Key Performance Indicators found in content management organizations, able to translate the data into actionable insightsWork diplomatically with a variety of personalities and work stylesPreferred QualificationsExperience writing content for desktop, mobile, and other apps and channels (experience with single-source content/CMS is a plus)Ability to synthesize content requests and data from multiple sources into cohesive content plansExperience with style guides (experience writing globally and accessibly is a plus)Experience writing sleek, user-focused content (technical writing is a plus)Skilled at socializing ideas across all levels of an organization and turning them into robust action plans for deliverySuperb organizational skills and a proven track record of producing content projects in a transparent and well-documented mannerAdditional RequirementsMoreApple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
