As a Control Manager within the Currencies and Emerging Markets business, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating controls to manage non-financial risks. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required3-7 years of experience in financial services industry with background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred; or equivalent subject matter expertise in a relevant business related function/operationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) mandatoryExcellent communication/presentation skills - verbal, written and technical (e.g., PowerPoint).
