As a Control Manager within the Currencies and Emerging Markets business, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating controls to manage non-financial risks. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements. As well assists in top-down risk analysis, real-time control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation.Role Responsibilities:

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required3-7 years of experience in financial services industry with background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred; or equivalent subject matter expertise in a relevant business related function/operationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) mandatoryExcellent communication/presentation skills - verbal, written and technical (e.g., PowerPoint).
