Role Overview:The successful applicant will have a role within the Management Reporting team focused on the firm’s ESG reporting requirements and sustainability initiatives. Primary responsibilities currently include assisting in the collection, preparation and analysis of reports focused on the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), as well as progress towards the firm’s announced targets of sustainable finance activity and net zero carbon commitments. Regulatory inquiries, proposed disclosure requirements and additional sustainability initiatives are expected to expand the scope of the team’s responsibilities. Key deliverables include implementation and reporting of CSRD, monthly/quarterly/annual progress reporting on sustainability initiatives, reporting materials to senior management, and review of senior executive and board of director presentations and external disclosures and reports. Diligence, attention to detail, and superb analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills are a must. The applicant should also possess the ability and confidence to work well with a broad range of teams across the firm, consistently deliver and meet tight reporting deadlines, have a very strong team focus, be able to multi-task and have excellent writing skills. ESG and financial services related experience is especially useful. Experience in producing management reporting is a plus.
