Responsibilities:Responsible for performing of process activities in the process section (Division, Function, Country)Executes assigned tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery; addresses open issues independently and supports resolution; identifies areas for improvement and recommends improvement solutions in the activity areasEnsures application of process standards and proceduresCollaborates with the process specialist and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activitiesRecommends changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activitiesContributes to ensure service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIsCoordination & follow up with various internal and external stakeholders Supports Process Specialist in any additional activities as requiredKnowledge in Accounting

RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administrationMinumun 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling Experience of working in service delivery model environmentRobust process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspectiveGood understanding of business set-up and interconnectionsAbility to interact with Process stakeholders at various levelsGood communication and skillsGood problem solving and analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasksDemonstrated ability to achieve objectives, focus on details and good analytical skillsDetail oriented, structuredTechnical skillsStrong MS Office skillsProficient in IT systems: ERP (SAP desirable), Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutionsUnderstanding of end-to-end process, systems and data flows across organization at business and finance sideLanguage skills: Fluent in English, Portuguese is a plus#LI-HybridApply now
