This hybrid opportunity is available to candidates who reside in either of the following markets:- Salt Lake City, Utah- Boise, IdahoThe responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist with preparation of routine documents, such as incorporation documents, board and shareholder actions, indemnification agreements, and third-party agreementsHandle basic stock and option administration, including drafting agreements, preparing reports, and maintaining capitalization records in equity management platformConduct blue sky and corporate legal researchPrepare and handle corporate and securities filingsAssist on venture capital financings, debt financings, mergers, acquisitions, and public offeringsAssist with correspondence to stockholders, directors, and investorsAssist with due diligence and closing matters, including data room set-up, preparing signature packets, and creating closing volumeHandle daily corporate maintenance workOrganize client records and maintain filesInput time entry dailyThe job requirements are:Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal CertificateSome corporate law firm experience preferredProficient with Office suite (specifically Excel)Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in team environmentExcellent communication and prioritization skills to manage tasksThe primary location for this job posting is in Salt Lake City. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows: $29.46 - $39.85 per hour.The compensation for this position may include overtime and a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance.
