This role reports to the LADS SBU General Counsel and directly supports key business stakeholders, programs, and functions. The Counsel serves as the primary point of contact for program guidance and direction on all legal and compliance matters, responsible for providing timely, relevant, and pragmatic legal, business, and strategic advice to help the SBU achieve its business and financial objectives. The LADS SBU Legal team supports the business as an embedded partner present at all levels within the SBU and at key operational events (e.g., monthly financial/business reviews, estimate at completion reviews, staff meetings). Critical to this role is the Counsel’s ability to quickly establish and maintain trust and foster a positive reputation with key program and functional leaders as their primary go-to partner.
