While the “soft skills” above are requirements for this position, our ideal candidate will also have relevant substantive experience, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a transactional attorney and rigorous law firm training and/or in-house experience, with targeted experience that includes: structuring, drafting, negotiating, and independently managing a range of IP-based transactions, such as: (a) independent contractor engagements for design, strategy, consulting, PR, and other services; (b) agency engagements for marketing, creative, and media; and (c) marketing and digital/traditional brand activations.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
The annual base salary range for this position is between$136,000 and $195,000.**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
