Provide expertise, mentorship and support to colleaguesCoach team members to increase their level of confidence in everyday workDatabase update and maintenanceDocument all required information as per instructionsParticipate in the invoicing process and spare part order handlingMaintain customer dataActively identify process improvement areas and initiate process changesProvide support and backup to line manager when neededHow will you get here?3+ years' customer service experience is preferred.Requires a high school graduate or a Government Body award.
