Client Onboarding:Collaborate with sector teams to understand their specific goals and requirements.Assist clients in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to IoT solutions.Account Management:Serve as the main point of contact for clients and build strong, trust-based relationships.Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and understand any challenges they may face.Product Training and Education:Educate clients about IoT products, features, and best practices to help them leverage the technology effectively.Account Reviews:Solutions architectures, Design and Technical project management leadershipInternal Client consultantions and requirements analysisIdentify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and ensure successful project delivery.Establish governance mechanisms and quality assurance processes to maintain project compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Performance monitoring and optimizationStakeholder management and CommunicationKnowledge sharing and mentorshipDriving Continuous improvementCompensation and Benefits:• The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100.• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
