Main Responsibilities:Develop and deliver product demonstrations to prospective customers as well as to existing customers during in person meetings, online sessions as well as at conferences, seminars, and other events.Onboard new accounts, understand the customer’s objectives, consult and educate customers about the most relevant solutions to ensure that their goals are achieved.Collaborate closely with Senior CSMs and the Sales team to establish and build relationships with new and existing customers.Manage customer relationships with the goal of increasing customer retention, ensuring renewals, and driving product expansion.Contribute in the development and delivery of Customer Success oriented assets for internal teams, division partners, and for the AEC user community.What Skills & Experience You Should BringDegree in Architecture, Construction, or equivalent AEC experience.High level of experience with SketchUp and its ecosystem of products and servicesExperience with other 2D and 3D design software and workflows found within the AEC or other design fields.Experience in customer success or customer service positions.Ability and desire for problem solving and supporting customers to maximize the use of the A&D Division’s products and servicesStrong communication skills, including the ability to understand customer workflows and customer goals through active listeningAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work with executive-level associates internally and externally in an articulate and professional mannerFluent English language skills, other language skills can be seen as a plus.Location & TravelThis is a remote position, preferably in the UK, other locations within Europe can be considered too.
