The Corporate Actions team is responsible for global dividend income and global corporate reorganization research and processing, including, but not limited to, splits, reverse splits, mergers, name changes, redemptions, calls, liquidations, tenders, exchanges, conversions, right subscriptions, dutch auctions, and subscription warrants.

The Corporate Actions Analyst role will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and processing both dividend income and corporate action events within Nuveen Middle Office software applications.- 40% - Review, track, and process corporate actions events through entire lifecycle.

  • 20% - Communicate voluntary corporate action events with investment team and account custodians.

  • 20% - Process dividend and corporate action entitlements within accounting platforms.

  • 10% - Monitor event reconciliation and trading system restrictions

  • 05% - Assist in development of workflow process suggestions and documentation

  • 05% - Other duties as assigned and required

  • General knowledge of standard fixed income / equity investment products

  • Corporate actions or income processing prior industry experience, a plus

-Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
