Collaborate with cross functional teams of architects to implement technology solutions and communicate risk and mitigation options using best practices in support of the firm’s business objectives.Job responsibilitiesCollaborate with Line of Business architects and Infrastructure Product technologists to develop resilient application architectures, design patterns, and infrastructure solutions that meet business continuity requirements for defined disruptive scenariosProvide guidance and oversight in implementing technology and data resiliency controls to ensure continuous monitoring of the firm’s recovery capabilitiesUtilize subject matter expertise to support resiliency programs and initiatives within the technology organizationAssist in developing and implementing post-mortem and root-cause analysis processes to enhance controls and testing scenariosWork with Product teams to ensure products are designed for resilience, with validation and continuous improvement plans in placePartner with the Firmwide Simulation Utility (FSU), Firmwide Business Resiliency (FBR), and development teams to create new testing scenarios and capabilitiesAdds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFormal training or certification on Cybersecurity Architecture concepts and 3+ years applied experienceHands-on experience with expertise in areas such as Resiliency, Cloud Enablement Design & Migration, Infrastructure Design, Data Security, Endpoint/Platform Security, Distributed Technologies, Data Replication, Messaging Technology, and Application SecurityStrong understanding of network architecture, including topology, protocols, components, principles, fault domains, and failure modesFamiliarity with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code tools and principlesProficient in conducting design reviews and assessments to identify system vulnerabilities, including knowledge of OWASP, NIST, and SANS standardsUnderstanding of the MITRE ATT&CK frameworkExperience in developing solutions for complex architecture problems in one or more technical disciplinesHands-on experience in development, engineering, or architecture within public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)Strong skills in developing and analyzing business and technical requirementsAbility to drive and support complex strategies and solutionsProven ability to build strong partnerships with business, operations, technology, and external vendor partnersPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsCertifications in Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure or ProductOverall knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleFamiliarity with modern front-end technologiesABOUT USJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
