This hybrid role is based out of our Portage, MI office. You will need to be in office 2 days a week and will have the flexibility to work from home the other days.Who we wantSelf-directed initiators.People who take ownership of their work and need no prompting to drive productivity, change, and outcomes.Collaborators.Relationship-savvy people who intentionally make and strengthen connections with both internal partners and external customers.Effective communicators.Can analyze and synthesize data/information for insights and communicate them in a consumable way for decision makingWhat you will doIncumbent provides leadership, vision, and a strong understanding of Information Security domains and the common book of knowledge as well as an understanding of the security governance process.Meets organizational goals and exceeds industry best practices and requirements to ensure the security of the Stryker assets.Lead the design, implementation, and management of risk identity and access management (IAM) solutions.Develop and enforce identity-related policies, procedures, and controls.Conduct comprehensive risk assessments related to identity and access management.Identify and prioritize potential risks and vulnerabilities in the organization’s identity infrastructure.Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and industry standards.Develop and maintain identity governance and administration (IGA) processes.Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness within the organization. Provides training and guidance to staff on secure identity practices.In coordination with the Cybersecurity IR Manager, develop and maintain an incident response plan specific to identity-related incidents.
