Job responsibilities:Lead efforts to maintain a robust and disciplined control environment, ensuring our processes are both sustainable and innovative.Identify and escalate issues with urgency, collaborating with business partners to implement timely and effective solutions.Conduct comprehensive risk and control analyses, uncovering significant gaps and driving root cause analysis to enhance our control framework.Work closely with stakeholders across CCB business, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Control teams to address emerging challenges and drive continuous improvement.Analyze program-related data to support and influence business strategies, ensuring alignment with our risk and control objectives.Required qualifications, capabilities and skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong decision-making, communication, organization, and project management abilities.Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a team environment.Excellent prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsExperience with SAS, Snowflake, cloud technologies, etc.,ABOUT USChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
