As a Data Scientist, you will collaborate on a wide array of product and technical problems with a diverse set of cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Research, Data Engineering, Finance and others. You will use data and analysis to identify and solve our biggest challenges across our Infrastructure organization. You will influence product strategy and investment decisions with data, be focused on impact, and collaborate with other teams. Meta’s Infrastructure organization provides the backbone on which the company operates. This includes all of the data centers, servers, network infrastructure, power infrastructure etc needed to run our products and services.As a key member of the Capacity team, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing the company’s infrastructure needs, ensuring timely delivery, and efficient operation. In addition to tackling an incredibly complicated optimization problem, we are looking for someone who can expertly execute across the company, as this charter requires contribution from nearly every org at Meta.
