WHY ROBLOX STUDIO?
The Studio team builds the main app that creators use to build content, and acts as a central interface, tying together all aspects of Roblox creators’ lifecycle. The Studio DSA member is in charge of defining KPI metrics, creating strategic analysis, designing A/B experiments and applying predictive models. As a data scientist, you will be a key partner to our product and engineering teams to shape the future of Roblox. You’ll partner with data scientists, product managers, engineers and leaders across the company to take our understanding of our creators to the next level.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.Annual Salary Range$204,750—$258,500 USD
