Position SummaryDevelop requirements, prioritization, design products and review UX with stakeholders.Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop requirements, prioritization, design products and review UX with stakeholders. Track, manage, and resolve UX related issues. Maintain product design quality, identify risks, and provide tactical support. Perform end-to-end product design on iOS and Android. Lead a team of designers. Conduct product design research and propose new design concepts with mockups. Review and analyze UX in early phases of development and deliver feedback with design alternatives. Ensure that the UI development results meet market and consumer demand, technical specification, and carrier requirements. Communicate and cooperate with counterparts from internal teams such as product design research, engineering, and marketing, as well as external partners, such as communication operators and external consultants. Analyze UX of competing mobile devices as well as market trends in mobile UX.

Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interactions, or related field and 7 years of progressive, post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation in industry experience in interface design on mobile devices.
