Development Engineeris in charge of the successful design, development and validation of turbocharger components, assemblies and product lines within the business line. Apply your engineering skills in Garrett to develop and launch turbochargers.Your task will be to drive design and development activities (design, FEA, CFD, APQP, etc.) for development of turbocharger technologies, as part of new product development and customer launch. Design, simulate & qualify the turbocharger components and assemblies to meet internal validation requirements and customer needs. Define and update product specification and operational limits, relative to the successful validation of turbochargers to market needs, quality documents, design reviews and technical reports (External FA, PRA, DFMEA & DFM’s).

In this role you will:Propose & integrate technical and cost-effective solutions with the support of the different functional domains, working in a multi-functional environment and utilizing simulation tools and methodologies. Define and execute qualification activities, needed for product release.
