“Lead and participate in the planning, definition, development, and high-level design of DevOps Solutions/tools and architectural alternativesServe as subject matter expert and internal consultant to other technical staff and groups in DevOps areaTop-level responsible party for escalated support, working directly with external vendorsWork closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects to deliver solutions that are aligned to the broader architecture guardrails.Stay current with DevOps technology trends and recommend appropriate solutionsHas good understanding of Application development security aspects/OWASPWork and collaboarte with highly motivated DevOps Engineers and SMEsParticipate in all aspects of DevOps engineering and promote industry standard methodologies in DevOps area.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution B.E / BTech / MCA / equivalentMin. 5+ years' experience in DevOps design, architecture for large teams/organization10-14 years' experience in design, development, implementation, administration and deployment of DevOps/ DevSecOps toolsSkills:Experience in various DevOps tools evaluation , design, integration and deployment for Enterprise.Experience on deploying DevOps tools on Cloud(SaaS, PaaS &7 IaaS)Hands on experience of Atlassian Jira & Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket, GitHub Enterprise, Azuer DevOps, IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management(JAZZ)Hands on experience on varios DevSecOps tools Synopsys Coverity, BlackDuck, Threatmodelere, GitHub Advanced Security, etc.Hands on experience on Azure Cloud deployment and maintenance.Hands on experience on Containerization, Kubernetes(AKS,Opesnhift)Experienced professional working in Agile(Scrum/Kanban) and Scaled Agile(SAFe) mode.""- Advanced verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain and present technical concepts to a diverse set of audiences- Comfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical audiences- Good judgment, time management, and decision-making skills- Ability to work collaboratively on a technical team- Experience working with and guiding diverse, global cultures, organizations and teams- Excellent proficiency with the English language (written and verbal)- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills- Ability to take direction and work independently- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and thrive in a cross-functional environment- Willingness to work outside documented job description.
