OverviewThis is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: CT, DE, IN, KY, NC, NH, OH, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, WVThis position is within the Enterprise Project Office (EPO) organization. This position is responsible for the leadership and management of digital programs and projects across the Bank. Oversees the complex, strategic coordination of multiple projects within an initiative in order to achieve business goals, including management of overall scope, cost, staffing, and performance. Evaluates program effectiveness and delivers tactical insight through reporting to senior management and other key stakeholders.Responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience in Project management or Program management OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Project management or Program managementPreferred:Proven experience working on Digital PlatformsProgram Management and Project Management experienceExperience working in financial services industryExpert level System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Willing to travel to Raleigh, NC minimum of 4x per yearLicense or Certification Type: PMP certification Preferred, PgMP certificationFirst Citizens benefits programs are designed to meet our associates where they are in life.
