Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities
Assist in prioritizing business capabilities and associated disruptive digital technologies based on analysis of business value and impact
Define new business and operating models and supporting capabilities needed to create competitive advantage
Thought Leadership
Deep interest in digital and emerging technology to solve digital problems and drive outcomes via best-in-class tools and experiences (eCommerce, AI, automation, process improvements, etc.).
Define approach, framework, methodologies for driving outcomes from understanding problem statement to providing recommendations
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, competition, customer, industry trends and digital trends
Collaboration and Communication
Lead workshops and discussions to drive understanding, ideation, assessment, and alignment using design thinking and product mindset constructs
Provide and socialize actionable recommendations to leaders on initiatives spanning strategy and digital transformation
Functions as a liaison to Business and IT partners to gain a broad understanding of industry trends and innovations, and their impact
Partner with digital leaders in creating product vision, direction, and roadmap leveraging the collective understanding of business, markets, products, services, and capabilities
Partner with leadership, program, product teams in driving outcomes, monitoring and tracking progress of strategic initiatives
What you have
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years experience in Digital Strategy, Product Management, Digital Transformation OR Master’s degree with 5+ years years experience in Digital Strategy, Product Management, Digital Transformation
Management Consulting at a top-tier firm with depth of experience in digital transformation, digital product building
Multiple industries experience - B2B OR B2C
Experience with Google or Adobe Analytics
Program and Change Management Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including being able to synthesize data, develop recommendations and communicate them at an executive level, and influence and persuade partners and stakeholders
Experience in building compelling, and analytical stories to senior management using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Advanced excel modeling skills
Strategic thinker with a passion to driving change
Experience in structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing digital strategy recommendations
Ability to define areas of potential value through user, market, and industry research
Ability to look at a set of needs across the business and identify key questions, themes, and potential for business impact
Effective relationship builder with the ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various levels of the organization
Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
Demonstrated experience leveraging strategy concepts to frame problem solving including quantitative acumen (financial modeling, P&L management)
