As a Director, Enterprise Customer Success, you will hire and develop multiple teams, coaching first line managers and individual contributors to success. You’ll be expected to seamlessly shift between high-level strategy and detailed execution in an effort to create alignment, trust and buy-in overtime. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.What You’ll Do:Lead and develop a team of managers distributed across the APJ regionLeverage data and feedback from your team to maintain an intimate understanding of potential customer experience issues and renewal risks so they can be acted on as early as possibleWork closely with your management team and Enterprise CSMs to ensure the effective application of our proactive customer engagement playbooks, adapting to local market requirements as neededHelp drive effective collaboration among the cross functional leadership group in APJ, namely Sales, Sales Engineering and Technical Post Sales ServicesHelp communicate local market challenges to global leaders with recommendations for how they should be addressed
