The Software Platform organization powers the foundation of Robinhood’s technology ecosystem. We are responsible for delivering the core infrastructure that supports Robinhood’s engineering teams.

Our mission is to enable all engineers at Robinhood to build and scale with powerful, and reliable engineering practices. This includes maintaining innovative performance engineering practices, ensuring capacity planning aligns with business growth, and encouraging a culture of operational excellence through reliability engineering principles.

You will be a vital leader in our Software Platform organization, coordinating strategy and execution in areas like Provisioning, Storage, Compute, Networking, and Observability. Your role is crucial in enabling our engineers to deliver impactful features and products to customers quickly and confidently.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.Toronto, ON$230,000—$270,500 CAD
