Job Description:The RoleAs a Director of Valuation Oversight in Asset Management’s Treasurer’s Office, you will be responsible for overseeing the pricing operations of the Fidelity Funds and monitoring operational controls. You will coordinate and oversee the activities of third-party service providers, and Fidelity’s internal pricing and bookkeeping agent Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO). You will manage the relationships and ongoing engagement with fund auditors. You will support Fidelity’s various valuation committees including through preparation and review of activity and risk reports, testing of fair value methodologies, coordination of fair value determinations and documentation, and meeting facilitation. You will prepare reports to the funds' boards of trustees regarding the fair valuation process and related matters. You will maintain valuation policies and procedures and recommend changes and updates as appropriate and necessary. You will think and work across Fidelity, partnering with the rest of the Asset Management Treasurer’s Office and collaborating with business partners in FFIO, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and the various Investment Divisions across the firm.
