We are seeking a forward-thinking sales leader with proven communication and presentation skills who excels in team collaboration and leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead sales activities within the Nordics region, improve the sales team’s performance, and coordinate business strategies to meet revenue targets through the sales team.Develop management processes for effective sales strategy execution, sales team recruitment and training, and relationship management with collaborators, customers, and partners. Accurately forecast product sales and revenue.Develop and implement detailed plans to achieve sales and revenue goals, negotiate new and renewal contracts, manage contract pricing, and coordinate expenses and travel.Collaborate with multiple divisions on mutual growth initiatives and participate in strategic market research.
