1+ years of crisis intervention skillsValid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license to practice per state regulations in the state they reside in/ one or more or equivalent is required : LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LP, LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Workers), LCPC, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LISW, Clinical Psychologist.Preferred Qualifications1+ years of EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services experienceExperience working with diverse populationsFamiliarity with brief therapy models and Motivational InterviewingCall Center work experience preferredAbility to establish and maintain rapport quickly to develop an elevated level of customer trustExperience in facilitating patient/client positive behavior changeStrong computer and literacy skills24x7x365 call center coverage needed, holiday coverage may be requiredExperience in handling mental health, psychiatric care, family situations and relationship concerns preferredEducationMaster’s degree in behavioral health counseling professionPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$54,095.60 - $116,760.80This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
