You will partner with regional and segment sales leaders to drive strategic corporate and divisional initiatives as well as safety management through the regions and sales segments, support the creation of a strong culture that engages sales employees in the achievement of the company’s goal of zero EHS incidents in all EMEA Sales locations. This position ensures that developed programs are implemented and sustained to assure compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements and conformance with Eaton Corporation mandates. Additonaly this role has ownership of the Driver Safety Program for EMEA and the support for the overall EMEA Services and Sales org on the EATON University tool usage for EHS related trainings.
