They use electrical engineering skills, an understanding of manufacturing (cost, quality, safety, and schedule), and Raytheon systems and tools. The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to support the Forest Raytheon Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC). The Manufacturing engineering department in Forest CMC provides engineering support to Electronic Warfare Systems and Tactical Airborne Products manufacturing and test solutions (Subsystems/Radar system integration & test, Special Test Solution design, Antenna measurements (NF, FF indoor/outdoor, & Compact ranges) solutions, and develop RF subsystems tests solutions). The engineer will work with team of engineers to develop and evaluate test processes, special test equipment, data analysis tools and test requirements for Antenna and Radar Products. The individual should be self-motivated and be prepared to work with a focused team with an innovative and schedule-oriented mindset. The candidate is expected to work with multi-disciplined teams and must have a drive to learn and push the boundaries of technology. Electrical Engineers build technical depth in manufacturing processes and are also accountable for improvement and optimization.
