What you’ll do:Provide safety leadership and operational support to EMEA teams, creating enthusiasm and collaboration with cross-team and cross-brand partners through creative problem solving and prioritization in international regions.Work with cross-functional Match Group and brand partners throughout the region, including Trust & Safety Operations, Customer Care, Moderation, Legal, Product, Government Relations, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to localize the vision and strategic priorities of the Match Group Safety & Social Advocacy Team.Work with EMEA brands to understand common safety issues on the ground and make relevant, shared solutions a part of their and your roadmap.Evaluate solutions to prevent and disrupt various safety concerns, analyzing data to help inform Brand Safety products, initiatives and policies, and lead special strategic projects related to safety in collaboration with US Safety Operations.Monitor and analyze key operating metrics of the Brands and Match Group Social Advocacy and Safety program in international regions and share those insights with the Central Safety TeamAdvocate for safety and serve as the voice of the EMEA region and Brands.Stay current on events and trends in your region and identify opportunities to better mitigate risk and increase trust, particularly for communities that face marginalization.Identify shared opportunities and forge partnerships with other international teams across Brands.What You Will Need:3-5 years of safety operational experience in a high growth consumer tech company in the EMEA region.Experience tracking metrics and making operational and strategic decisions based on A/B testing, quantitative, and qualitative feedback.A passion for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and winning over cross-team partners on product decisions with your humility and willingness to problem-solve with others.Bilingual in English and a second language relevant to the region your located in required with a preference for FrenchWhy Match Group?Our mission is simple – to help people find love and happiness!We love our employees too – here are some examples how:Annual training budget for each employee100% employer match on 401k contributionsSpecific COVID-19 allowance for home office set-upMatched giving to qualified organizations100% paid Parental LeaveHappy Hours and Company events (they are all virtual now, but still a ton of fun!)We value diversity at our company and will never discriminate based on someone’s race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
