This role requires expertise in ER process execution, complex documentation, data management, and the ability to meet deadlines with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sensitive and complex operational activities related sensitive employee relations processes. You will be the primary point of contact for US process execution and be a partner to the Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) and People Business Partner (PBP) teams. You’ll also lead and be a key member of various continuous improvements processes across employee relations.
