As the Employer Brand Program Manager, you will drive our content and campaign initiatives across the Americas (in North America and Latin America). You will focus on creating content and campaigns that tackle brand awareness and lead generation initiatives, drive candidate engagement and empower recruitment enablement. You will collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align these regional efforts with the global Employer Brand strategy. This role is based out of our Chicago office.What you’ll doIterate and execute on the Employer Brand strategy for the Americas, ensuring alignment with our global strategyLead Employer Brand employee advocacy regionallyManage and grow our digital presence in North America through multiple channels, including organic and paid campaignsWork cross-functionally with the Employer Brand team to support regional events and partnershipsDefine and monitor metrics and KPIs on regional employer branding initiatives, taking a data-driven approach to everything you doBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Leadership, HR, Marketing, DEI, Recruitment, Internal Communications, and moreWho you areA data-driven individual with solid Employer Brand experience who excels in converting data into insights and insights into actionKnowledgeable about the talent market in the AmericasSkilled in stakeholder management and confident working with technical teamsA proven track record of creating bold awareness, engagement, and lead generation campaignsEntrepreneurial, creative, and comfortable working autonomouslyA versatile team player who’s eager to roll up their sleeves and tackle various aspects of the role to continue positioning Adyen as an employer of choicePortuguese or Spanish language skills are a plus, but not requiredThe salary range for this role is $115,000-$160,000; to learn more about our compensation philosophy, please clickhere.This role is based out of our Chicago office.
