Works closely with business partners to identify market requirements to be incorporated into the product, and provide support to the internal teams as they promote products and services to clients.Supports & leads strategic operational initiatives that are integral to the International Markets vision.Process Improvement - Identifies opportunities within existing processes and support models with the aim of driving efficiencies where possible.Supports the commercialization of products being launched to the network to ensure partners (internal & external) are set up for success.Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
