About the Role:The Enablement Facilitator is accountable for delivering content that helps our employees develop their skills and knowledge. Your goal will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of our frontline staff. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.What You’ll Do:Deliver training to predominately entry to mid-level front-line CS & Sales staffSupport new hires during their post-training, “nesting” phaseFacilitate ongoing trainingsOnboardingProduct TrainingProcess ChangesPolicy ChangesMethodologiesSoft SkillsConduct exercises and activities that enhance the learning processSource and/or create Enablement content including but not limited to:Structured slide decksInternal Product and other “One Pagers”Videos (including voice over and/or webinar-style/screenshare)eLearning experiencesEmail TemplatesTalking Points/ScriptsRole PlaysFacilitator GuidesSales Playbooks (SOPs not included, they are out of Enablement scope)Assist with other related duties as assignedSchedule training sessionsOversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations in advance of trainingWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years building content and facilitating training across a multi-site sales organization1+ years of progressive responsibility in Enablement, L&D or Training roles in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organizationExceptional communication (both verbally and in writing), presentation, and interpersonal skillsBachelor’s Degree in related fields.Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on team development and constant coachingIn-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design modelsCreating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of KeepTruckin’s core values.
