Job DescriptionAbout This RoleThe Automation Engineer II provides 24/7 process controls/automation technical site support to the Biogen 900 Davis drive, NC manufacturing site. In addition, this role manages multiple projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support the site from initial conception to final closure. The Automation Engineer II prioritizes between supporting the site and managing their assigned projects and tasks.What You’ll DoDesign, configure and support Wonderware and Rockwell software for small to medium process improvements and tech transfer configurations.Troubleshoot Wonderware and Rockwell Software and Hardware.Collaboration/Communication with multiple groups and stakeholders regarding project/product design, project planning and troubleshooting.Ownership of automation change control process and validation packages.GMP documentation updates – Design Document & Functional Specifications.Build and execute automation test protocols.
