In this role, you’ll be operating in a product model alongside a team of talented engineers and partnering with product and UX designers to prioritize and deliver new features in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities:
Develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards and best practices.
Uses DevSecOps practices, tooling and techniques.
Adopts continuous improvement and learning.
Handles project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables proactively.

Reporting Relationships:Reports to a Technology Manager/Director.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education:Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems or other related degree. Technology experience or non-traditional technology certificates can be substituted for an undergraduate degree.
Experience:One or more years of technology experience.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:Proficiency of at least one programming language such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, etc. Knowledge of software development lifecycle. Good problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a team environment. Insurance/financial services industry knowledge a plus.
Other criteria, such as competencies and experiences, may take precedence.
