As an Engineering Manager at GitLab,yousee your team as your most valuable product. In this role, you will lead theCells Infrastructure team, which is responsible for developing key services and components of the horizontally scalable Cells architecture we are developing at GitLab.
Challenges in this role include growing top-tier talent, improving productivity, and working cross-functionally to deliver on the closely linked Cells and Organizations initiatives. You’ll work closely with engineering leadership, product managers, site reliability engineers, and backend engineers. Your leadership will have an impact across the entire GitLab product as we build out the infrastructure and foundational services needed to migrate to the Cells architecture.Some examples of our projects:

Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
