Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.Work you’ll do/ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Application Analyst will guide the Epic product specific build regarding scheduling and workflows of providers and patients, including enhancing the support models to achieve successful enhancements, expansion, and ongoing support. Additionally, the Senior Application Analyst performs analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with Epic software. This Senior Application Analyst prepares requirement specifications and provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirements. The Analyst will review and test new releases and document all outcomes of testing and serve as the support contact for the application. This position has responsibility within all phases of the application implementation including design, build, test, installation, and maintenance of the application. The Senior Application Analyst provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care. On an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the organization.
