Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!• Manage all travel arrangements and expense reports.• Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for the executive’s use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.• Facilitate smooth communications between the executive and coworkers and between the executive and external parties such as media, customers, and the public.• Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepare recommendations.• Will have access to the email accounts of supported staff to schedule their appointments and answer or redirect inquiries from internal or external sources.• Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.• May coordinate activities between departments and outside parties especially when working on setting up events such as team meetings or regional conferences.• Compiles and analyzes information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary.• Advise, support, assist, coordinate, and collaborate on special projects which are complex.• Must have the ability to be a ‘Jack of all trades’. Must be able to juggle many tasks simultaneously. Must be able to plan, prioritize, and manage the multiple tasks that have been assigned to him/her before their deadlines.• Key contributor in event planning. Research event-related options (venue, location, catering) and assist with preparing budget proposals, communication pieces, and oversee event logistics.• Be the point of contact for trouble shooting technology issues from those they support.• Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.QualificationsAbout You• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant studies• Minimum 4+ years experience in a similar roleSkills requirement:• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 suite: Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and intermediate Excel skills• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail• Ability to manage and meet conflicting priorities with agility and solution thinking• Able to work with minimal supervision and relatively autonomously• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and executive levelInterest in expanding skills in paralegal supportSchedule:Full-timeReq:0097IO
