We embrace integrity, excellence, teamwork and giving back.ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for global employee incentive compensation and director compensation design and documentation, disclosure and legal, regulatory and tax complianceResponsibility for corporate governance matters relating to executive compensation, including support for the compensation committee of the Board of DirectorsAdvise and support Human Resources in connection with executive and director compensation activities, including administration of global equity and cash-based incentive compensation programsAdvise and support Human Resources regarding compensation-related aspects of employment, hiring and severance arrangementsServe as point of contact for Section 16 officers; maintain executive officer and director beneficial ownership records and complete Section 16 filingsCoordinate and oversee global securities law review of equity and cash-based incentive compensation programsAssist with coverage of general incentive compensation matters, including corporate transactions, regulatory requests and shareholder mattersPerform other duties as assigned
