Our key focus areas include understanding our audience; creating and distributing engaging content; providing consulting services to our divisions to help them with their messaging needs; governing the firm’s internal communications channels; and measuring our reach.RESPONSIBILITIESMember of the team contributing to the following global Internal Communications priorities, working in partnership with all team members and with oversight from head of Internal Communications:Communications planning,e.g., work collaboratively with teams across the firm to manage key global, cross-divisional communications plans to inform and engage our people on Goldman Sachs' prioritiesChannel and platform management, e.g., help oversee investments in - and the evolution of - our internal communications channels, including through an ongoing partnership with EngineeringContent creation and distribution, e.g., develop impactful messaging - from To Alls to talking points - on a wide range of topics and issues, and identify communications channels for distribution to drive engagementConsulting and advisory,e.g., partner with leaders and communicators across the firm to provide effective internal communications guidance across a wide range of scenarios and situations - and help manage the Internal Communications Network comprising representatives from across divisions and regionsEvent management, e.g., support the rollout of Executive Office-sponsored events and programs for our people, including partner townhallsGovernance, e.g., provide guidance to more junior team members on protocol and processes, and edit, review and approve communications according to firmwide styleMeasurement, e.g., derive insights and recommendations from ongoing monitoring of analytics, creation of metrics-driven reportsSupport and enhance key team processes, e.g., play a key role in vendor relationship management, business continuity planning, as well as adhering to and enhancing risk management processesAdditional projects as they arise, e.g., support for cross-functional communications initiatives
