What you’ll do

You will join our amazing team of Recruiting Coordinators who own, manage, and elevate the candidate experience at Brex. You are passionate about offering support to your internal stakeholders - which includes recruiters, sourcers, interviewers, and hiring managers - and will serve as the main point of contact for candidates, all while keeping quality top of mind. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and interested in gaining exposure to all aspects of the recruiting process – from sourcing to full-cycle recruiting, operations, and candidate experience.

Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our San Francisco office. You must be willing to work in the office 5 days per week. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $108,480 - $135,600. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
