What we are looking for15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience3 of last 5 years supporting SIGINT collectionExcellent written and oral communication, research, and analytic skillsExpert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projectsExpert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reportsExtensive experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholdersExperience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and designExpert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and productsExperience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reportsClearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearanceBonus Points for…BA/BS degree, 20 years of intelligence experience with 5 years intelligence supervisory experience including 3 of last 5 years supporting SIGINT collection; or AA/HS diploma/GED AND specialized training with at least 25 years' intelligence experience with 9 years supervisory experience and 3 of last 5 years supporting SIGINT collectionKnowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert ssessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholderSpecialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification from any of the Service Cryptologic Components (SCC)Knowledge and understanding of the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) policies and proceduresPhysical RequirementsMay require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment.
