About the Role:You will be Lead in the Denver Office and will support all things “Office Experience” including construction, maintenance, kitchen, mail, safety & security, events, reception and visitors. Coordinating heavily with our IT, people, and other support services teams. This role is a full time on-site position.Responsibilities:Ensure the physical appearance of the office is to high company standards through regular walk-throughs of the space.Proactively manage relationships with building management, vendors / contractors and their contracts for repairs, preventative maintenance, services and supplies.Work through Procurement Process for new vendors through Legal and FinanceCollaborate with all levels of the organization, especially other Corporate Service GroupsManage ordering and stocking kitchen snacks and office supplies.Responsible for the Physical Security Policy, including adherence to badges policies and auditsAct as a Fire Warden and keep all site-specific Emergency Action Plans up to dateOversee, manage and coordinate mail, shipping and receivingProduce forecasts, review invoices and track spend against budgetsManage events for the office in collaboration with the Corp Comms and DEI team leads.Manage two direct reports in our Utah and New York offices

Compensation:
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $54,000 to $71,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detailhere.
