YOU HAVE:Ideally 5+ years of previous experience in delivering product/technical training/working with power distribution and/or heat tracing or commercial/ industrial applications and/or control and monitoringMust be able to relocate to the greater Philadelphia area within 90 days if located outside of greater PhiladelphiaMust be able to work from a home office in the Philadelphia area and travel 25-80% of the time across the US to job sites if neededValidated experience as an electrical technician or electrician, with knowledge of electrical systems and equipmentJourneyman electrician license or equivalent certification preferredAbility to Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to determine wiring layouts and installation proceduresPhysical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, lifting to 50lbs, climbing, and working in confined spacesAbility to speak and write in proficient English and French preferredExperience with resolving product installation issues with end customersKnowledge of governing bodies (NEC, IEC, IEEE) concerning productsWE HAVE:A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every dayAt nVent, we believe safer systems ensure a more secure world.
