The Finance Manager will be part of the broader DSIG organization and flex as needed to support all Segments but will primarily support Reuters. The role will report to the Senior Finance Manager, Finance DSIG.In the support of Reuters, the role partners with Reuters GTM Sales teams, provide decision support, and help steer and execute the overall business strategy. The role will be collaborative and partner across teams to drive results and support the Business and Finance Change program.About the role:Perform analytics and lead the delivery of accurate and timely sales and revenue financial resultsPartner closely with the sales and finance leaders to operationalize the plan/forecastDevelop domain expertise and understanding of key drivers impacting sales and revenueEnsure effective business partner engagement to support and influence teams in making sound strategic decisions for the businessDevelop solid relationships with all areas of the business and demonstrate an ability to be an effective and trusted advisorCommunicate effectively to senior business and finance leaders, including the communication of complex ideas clearlyPerform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as necessaryIdentify opportunities to simplify and improve financial processes, driving efficiency and excellenceSupport team development and ensure high-quality outputProactively identify and address potential risks and opportunities, driving business growth and improvement
