Basic Qualifications:Active Cryptographic Validation Program (CVP) certification preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience working in the FIPS 140 industry i.e. at a validation laboratory, vendor, consultant, etc.Strong understanding of FIPS 140 standard and related documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field of study.Knowledge of cryptography concepts (encryption, key exchange, hashing/message authentication, PKI, random number generators, etc.)Knowledge of common security related protocols and their design (i.e. SSH, IPsec, TLS, etc.)Experience with various programming languages (C, C++, Python or Java)Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong English (both oral and written) skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong multitasking and time management.Original Posting Date:2024-12-11While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
