What you are good atThis position is a relationship-based sales role in which the employee will be responsible for production targets. This role requires a high level of engagement with clients, peers and partners. The employee should have deep understanding of fixed income markets, income strategies and general portfolio analysis. This should include but is not limited to treasuries, municipal and corporate bonds, separately managed accounts, fixed income mutual funds and ETFs.What you haveA valid and active FINRA Series 7 license requiredA valid and active FINRA Series 66 or 63/65 license required (or could be obtained after a 90 day Condition of Employment)3+ years of sales experience in financial services requiredCFA, CFP, or MBA preferredAbility to build relationships, collaborate with partners and consistently produce resultsStrong organizational & time management skillsIn depth knowledge of Fixed Income ProductsAbility to effectively use Microsoft Office, FactSet and BloombergBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.What’s in it for youAt Schwab, we’re committed to empowering our employees' personal and professional success.
