Northrop Grumman Tactical Space Systems Division (TSSD) has an opportunity for a Flight Assurance Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Dulles, VA. The individual will promote professional development of the Flight Assurance workforce and foster a collaborative culture that sustains the momentum around employee engagement and inclusion, affordability, innovation, value growth and continuous improvement. The Flight Assurance Manager will also support individual National Security Systems (NSS), Space Security Systems (SPS) and Civil and Commercial program needs to ensure all requirements are met with on-time delivery and first time quality.
